unusual and fairly clean family-friendly hotel. very comfy beds in our superior queen room. efficient and very flexible staff providing excellent services. the breakfast with good value. quick check-in, parking onsite. by the way, parking fee - gbp 8 per day.

Everything was nice, especially helpful staff, PERFECT location close enough to the center as well as the old city square. We had an astonishing breakfast with good value, for all tastes.

My room was nicely furnished with the beds pushed together, modern furniture plus modern art as described. The hotel had a top and peaceful location right at Parliament of Saarland...

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, only a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are unique and themed, with the room 706 having a lovely view of the canal and angled windows resembling Lanzarote night skies. The staff provides excellent service and takes an interest in their customers. The breakfast offers a great variety of hot and cold foods. Amenities like the indoor pool and sauna add to the hotel's appeal.

The location of the hotel requires a bit of walking and there are stairs to climb, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy bags.

The summer suite was fun and excellent value. The restaurant offered high quality food with good service.

Great location for our visit to Saarbrucken. Easy walk to market center. Quiet suburban locale. Clean and staff were friendly.

Outdated mechanical room safe kept our valuables for almost an hour while we waited for someone to finally take it apart. These need to be updated with digital display electronic safes.

The food both for dinner and breakfast was delicius, with good service at dinner, friendly at breakfast.

The staff is very professional, the area where the hotel is, superb for shopping, also very quiet.

The smoking room we have. Lovely room, but unfortunately people smoke in the bedrooms. The noise the air condition does time to time.

The location is excellent, with a small garden nearby and a picturesque view of the city from the hill. The spacious rooms with air conditioning and modern furniture are perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet could use more variety to justify the high price.

The other was a true disappointment. The room was terribly cold, because of the insufficient size of the heater and the odd shape of the room (long and narrow). Even the corridor of my floor was much hotter. My warning at the lobby was mostly ignored (they gave me an additional cover). As a matter of fact, I had to work in the room with jacket, scarf and hat. Nothing similar has ever happened to me in any true four star hotel. As a further easter egg, the complimentary apple left on the top of the bed in my room was rotten!! No luck this time.

Room furnishing looks like if you're in an upscale hospital. The light design is a joke. The complimentary apple has bruses. Their malfunctioning air conditoner which sounded every 15 minutes like a distorted alarm clock and the reaction of the staff of this so called four star design hotel on my remarks on the noise: shit happens! My Maestro-Cirrus bank card was not accepted by their system.

Great view and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. It was also easy to find and located in a convenient area near local attractions and restaurants.

The room was smaller than expected and the decorations were outdated. The walls were thin, which made for a noisy stay.
